Terms of Participation
Last updated: 4 November 2026
This English version is provided for convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.
1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to the live online training sessions of the OSOS Academy. The provider is Osos AI GmbH, Cosimastraße 121, 81925 Munich, Germany (“we”), reachable at info@ososomega.com, +49 176 62086070. Further details are given in the imprint.
The contracting party is whoever receives the invoice according to the registration: the company for “invoice to employer” or the registered person for “private invoice”. Anyone booking on behalf of a company confirms that they are authorised to do so.
2. Registration and conclusion of contract
Registration takes place via the form at osos-academy.com. Clicking “Register with obligation to pay” constitutes a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the registration by email.
Registration is possible up to 48 hours before a session starts.
The sessions alternate in blocks of 4 dates in German and in English. The complete package starts with a Level 1 date and comprises this date and the three following sessions in the same language, i.e. all 4 levels in order.
3. Prices and payment
- Single session: €99 net (€117.81 incl. 19% VAT)
- Complete package (4 sessions): €379 net (€451.01 incl. 19% VAT)
Net prices are subject to statutory VAT.
The invoice is sent by email after the contract is concluded and is payable within 14 days without deduction – regardless of when the session takes place.
The obligation to pay remains in the event of rebooking or non-attendance (sections 4 and 5).
4. Rebooking and substitute participants
Rebooking to another session of the same level is free of charge up to 12 hours before the start, by email to info@ososomega.com. The invoice remains unchanged.
The new session must take place within 6 months of the originally booked session. After that, the entitlement lapses without refund.
With the complete package, each of the four sessions can be rebooked individually.
Another person may attend instead of the registered person at any time. Please notify us by email before the start.
5. Non-attendance
Anyone who does not attend without rebooking in time is not entitled to a refund or a replacement session. The price remains payable.
6. Cancellation or changes by us
We may cancel a session for good reason, for example illness or technical failures. In this case we offer a replacement session or refund the price already paid for the cancelled session.
Minor changes to content or organisation that do not substantially alter the nature of the training are reserved.
7. Delivery
The training sessions take place live online and last 60 minutes each. Participants receive the access link by email before the session.
Participants are responsible for the technical requirements themselves (stable internet connection, up-to-date browser, speakers or headset). Technical problems on their side do not entitle them to a price reduction.
Live demos with AI agents run on our own devices and accounts. Participants do not need to install software or give us access to their devices for these demos.
All participants can see and hear the chat, audio and video, including people from other companies. Third parties’ personal data and confidential information therefore do not belong in the chat, in spoken contributions or on camera. If we allow screen sharing, only the window needed is shared.
8. Certificate of attendance
After the training, participants receive a certificate of attendance by email.
9. Materials and recordings
Training materials may only be used for personal or company-internal purposes and may neither be published nor resold. Participants may not make video or audio recordings of the sessions.
10. Responsibility, risks and liability
What the training provides
The sessions provide knowledge and guidance and show what is technically possible with AI tools. A demonstration is not a recommendation to use the function shown. Content on security, data protection and law is general information. The sessions are neither a security audit of the contracting party’s IT nor legal advice.
Templates, checklists and sample projects are learning materials. They are not exhaustive and have not been tested for production use.
We do not owe any particular result from applying the training content. Descriptions of the sessions and their content are not guarantees.
Risks
AI tools can make mistakes and invent information. Inputs can reach the tool’s provider. AI agents that act on their own in a browser, on a computer or in company systems can download malware, be manipulated by web pages or documents into unintended actions, or pass on data that must not be passed on, for example under the GDPR.
Depending on the topic of the session, we point out risks known to us. These notes are not exhaustive and reflect our knowledge at the time of the session. The settings and safeguards discussed also only reduce risks; they do not eliminate them.
Decision and implementation
The contracting party decides whether and how it uses AI tools, what data it enters and which tools and access rights are permitted on its devices. Companies clarify this with the people responsible for IT and data protection. Anyone using devices, accounts or data of an employer, customers or other third parties clarifies this beforehand with those responsible there.
Implementation after the training, the use of AI tools, agents and services built or operated with them, and content published or passed on are the responsibility and at the risk of the contracting party. Our liability under this section remains unaffected.
The contracting party passes these notes on to the people attending on its behalf, including substitute participants.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, including that of our legal representatives and vicarious agents, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) and to the extent of any guarantee we have given.
In the case of a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, our liability is limited to the damage that was foreseeable when the contract was concluded and is typical for the contract. Essential contractual obligations are obligations whose fulfilment characterises the contract and on which the contracting party may rely. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
Insofar as our liability is limited or excluded, this also applies to the personal liability of our legal representatives, employees and vicarious agents.
11. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. It does not apply to companies.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Osos AI GmbH, Cosimastraße 121, 81925 Munich, Germany, info@ososomega.com, +49 176 62086070) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

12. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the state of their habitual residence.
For merchants, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Munich.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
